Very quiet, comfortable room.

No atmosphere. Was a bit like staying in a ghost hotel.

Nice old Bali feel in 1980s Sanur ( low rise) area. House has garden and family shrine. Family feel and quiet location

Fridge didn’t work - rooms quite basic ( could have used a kettle and cups and a working fridge)

Good value for money in Sanur! Very close to the harbour (ferrys to Lombok/Gilis) Don’t expect fancy luxurious.

Room is neat and tidy. all is Good for the price you pay.

We declared late check on due to a late flight when we booked this accommodation for our first night in Bali. We messaged the property 2 days before arrival to check how we check in and was told a key, map and check in form with our room number would be left for us. We arrived and there was nothing left for us. We waited for an hour, tried to call and text the owner…. Nothing. We were then forced to leave and try to find another hotel at 2am. Luckily we found a fabulous hotel up the road but its costs us a lot of money. Really disappointed in the service here. The Owner has messaged and apologised but it’s just not really good enough. After a 20 hour trip from the uk and being exhausted it didn’t start our holiday well at all. I appreciate this probably don’t happen often but feel it’s only right to leave this review for any other travellers arriving late in Bali.
