I booked the place for one night, because I needed to take the ferry to Nusa Penida next morning. 200 meters located from the harbour. Staff was very welcoming, food was nice, room clean. :)

The proximity to Sanur Harbour makes it convenient for morning departures, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Opted for a one-night stay for an early ferry to Nusa Penida. Despite arriving before 11 pm, found the place deserted. Entered through an open gate, woke a sleeping staff member who blamed online bookings. The room had an awful toilet, and we battled bed bugs all night, making the experience far from the expected standard for the price paid at an Indonesian hotel.

5 minutes from the ferry

1. The property was near to the Sanur boat harbour, beach and seafood restaurants. 2. Water pressure and water heater was good. 3. Staff were friendly

1. Air-conditioner was not cold at all, even at 17°C temperature 2. Bedsheet and blanket had stains 3. No shampoo provided, only small bar of soap 4. Bed was creaking 5. Tv didn't work

The highlight of this place is definitely the staff, they are friendly and helpful.

The whole place needs a lot of work, the AC was barely working so we have to change rooms but in the second one the situation was similar in regards of this. Out of date rooms and facilities. I would not recommend this place for more than one night

Everything, a/c didn’t work, toilet stank, tv was smashed in, no fan, was over priced.

I practised my Indonesian with the lady. She was kind😊

Too hot. TV is broken, it was too hot in the reception and dining area. No air conditioning
