Even though late check in was confirmed, everything was locked up when I arrived, nobody there, no one answering the phone. Very disappointing.

So close to the port, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the owners so nice.

They don’t accept cash. It’s old and aircon isn’t working properly

Location is really convenient to get the boat to Nusa islands

The accommodation is dated and the bathroom was not really clean. It’s quite a high price for the quality.

We stay in this hotel over the night with my friends 2 rooms, at 7th of March, checkout morning next day. I left red hoody Tommy Hilfiger in a shelf, and forgot to take with me, when I back to hotel at 10th of March, and asked in reception about hoody, they told me that since this 2 days noone used our rooms, and asked me to validate rooms, after checking rooms I couldn't found my hoody anymore... I told them it means someone stoll my belonging, they replyied to me that this is my problem, and they are not responsible for any belongins.

Had an excellent breakfast before catching the ferry to Nusa Penida. Liked being able to refill water bottle.

Overpriced for what you got. View of construction work right in front of our ground floor room, obviously not recent either. TV not working, after several times asking for TV to be fixed, finally after 2 days was attended to. Insulting comment prior to "use your mobile instead of the TV". Sheets so thin, cupboards had long term dust and debris evident. One door no knob to open it. Mould on mattress and pillows. I have pictures yes. not wasting my time anymore. Extra cost for average breakfast. Found nearby restaurant which became our haven for food and friendliness. I believe the review replies as "invaluable comments" was all words and no actions. Same TV issue for others noted. Owner smiles and
