Street noise Pillows all firm and stuffed full Hole in my bath towel and no shower cap provided in the room Insufficient staffing in restaurant for breakfast-no one visible when I arrived and waited several minutes to be seated

This was a love/hate type of stay: the historic building and boutique vibe were nice, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. We expected a premium stay, but there was no investment in comfortable beds, robes, appointments (such as our mini fridge being on a slant, broken lamps, clogged drains, etc.). We requested more towels, but they never brought more than two. The valet guys were lovely-super helpful when asked. This is a good stay, but not luxury and not comfortable.
