Convenient location if going to a concert at Greek theater,which is why I stayed here. Rooms are tidy but could use a deep clean in a few areas, mostly a better wipe down and dusting !.Bed is very clean. Staff are very nice! Skip Zino resteraunt in my opinion. The waitress was very nice and attentive and took off my tab the French toast that wasn't fully cooked! Only went there for convenience. And while waiting for my Uber.

The location, atmosphere, room, cleanliness, value, staff... what is there to not love about this place!!! I was very well taken care of by the staff, especially Tamar. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and felt like I needed everything at all hours of the day. If it weren't for Tamar I would not have had such a fun trip! She guided me through the services the hotel had to offer and made it clear that she would do her best to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Could not thank her enough and could not have had a better time at the Shattuck!!
