Clean room, friendly reception

Horrible experience. My socks were black from the disgusting floors. I found a clipped toe nail and some clothing size stickers in the bed. As for the TV, the guide channel doesn’t work, hbo doesn’t work, and a dozen other channels didn’t work. Their vending machines display water but didn’t have any. There were no bottles of water on the property so I drove a couple of miles away to nearest gas station, bought drinks a jug of water, just to find that in a few hours the fridge had frozen all my drinks. There is no dial to adjust the coldness. But by far the worst part of this experience was the staff bothering me in my room repeatedly. On the first morning of my 2 night stay, the maid banged on my door at 8am asking if I needed the room cleaned. (They do not have sign for the door that say”privacy or do not disturb) Far too early to be doing that! But the second morning was the biggest issue. Even though I had used the Ramada site (a link that they had sent me) to pay $25 for an early checkout, the pounded on my door THREE times before my checkout time. Once at 9am, again at 11:30am where a maid reminded me checkout is at 11 (I paid for late checkout), and again at 12:30pm by the manager who claimed they didn’t know I had paid for that. HORRIBLE experience. My last time ever staying at a Ramada.

Constant flow of drunks in and out of rooms all night. The room above us had someone jumping up and down until after midnight. The man in the room next to us had his door propped open with a wine bottle and came out and smoked half dressed and there was a big pile of dog poop in the rocks in front of our room. There were people walking slowly by our room and we were on the end. No reason for anyone to be "walking by". Once we were in the room that first night we didn't leave, because it didn't feel safe. Also my wife killed two spiders crawling on the wall. It really looked nice on line and from the front. But our room was on the bottom floor on the back.

This hotel is a good low-priced option close to the airport.

Nice proximity to airport. Free shuttle is nice, but is only to and from airport ( listing indicates also available for short local trips). Disappointed that cleaning staff didn’t empty our overflowing trash can. Pet policy is nice, but one has to walk a bit to find an adequate pet relief area. Bed and pillow comfortable.

Easy access to ABQ. Clean and the waffle house was steps away

Good safe location and comfortable beds. The shower was great with good pressure! Loved the hairdryer because I forgot mine at home. All in all good place for the $$.
