Friendly staff clean room no complaints!

Property had doors to go through that took you to an upper level with outdoor entrances. What felt unsafe was the fact that there were no fire exit stairs outside and the only way in was through a series of doors you needed to use your card key. They did assign a lower level room upon request. They recommended a taxi driver who I reserved a ride with for an early ride to airport-driver never showed up. Sink area was not clean, bed was comfortable.

It's nice that a restaurant is next door. The desk attendant was outstanding.

Only thing was our sink drain was slow otherwise it was good.

Room was great lock was messing up they took care of it fast.

I liked that it was close to airport but it didn't have full size pillows, breakfast was supposed to be continental but didn't provide toaster for bread, no eggs, or bacon, just cereal muffing and bread. If you are staying one or two nights top, not a bad place, but wouldn't use them for a longer vacation.

Had a pool but was closed for some reason. Homeless walking thru the property everytime I went outside. The mini split unit made a loud noise periodically while running. A loud domestic fight happened at 2 am in the complex and the police showed up. So not restful. Albuquerque is dangerous in general this being my forth night staying over the years. Only stay in this city if you have to. This hotel needed on site security which I did not see.The breakfast was powdered eggs and tater tots.

Hotel is run down. Not clean, ceramic in tub was peeling. Floors were not clean. Floors were laminate with soft spots. Beds were ok, but for $100+ a night this hotel was sub par. Would not recommend.
