Okay for a long airport layover.

I booked this room for one night as my daughter was preparing to head home for summer from UNM. First and foremost, to enter the room, you had to race the time key lock because the door handle wouldn’t move. I felt like I was forcing my way into the room. Once I finally obtained access to the room and checking everything, I noticed the bathroom door was falling off the hinges (screws missing). I called the front desk and the girl who answered the phone told me there was no maintenance available to come and fix the door. I couldn’t be moved because they were booked for the night I was there.

I enjoyed my stay exactly what I needed, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I do this road trip occasionally and it’s nice to have a clean bed and hot shower!

Customer service is awesome! From the breakfast lady to the cleaning staff! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Not a good place to stay.

When I arrived the young person at the counter didn’t bother to look up from their phone. No welcome greeting or anything of the like . Just “how can I help you” again never looking up. There was no hand soap in the bottle they left for me and when I asked for it to be filled up I was told “our shipment didn’t come in. I was given two towels that looked like they had never been washed and it took me asking on 2 separate occasions to finally get the towels replaced. No room service and I was there for 6 nights. Caitlyn was Awesome and they need to promote her to the manager of that location because the existing one is horrible. That young lady was running the kitchen and the front counter while he sat at his desk! The rest of the staff was fine but they need better management at that place and again, Caitlyn was awesome!

Didn't get they room we reserved, had no other options then to settle for a king for 5 people slept on floor, no pillows only 2 extra blankets had been in hospital all day staff at check-in un sympathetic take it or leave it no help or suggestions to help find other lodging front door with at least a 1 inch gap under morning breakfast was not ready until 8 the front desk morning worker more understanding and tried to help resolve our problem showed her pictures of the sink was dirty and tried to get us extra towels she said we would be refunded my husband had class and she tried to get the shuttle to take us back to the hospital but it was limited to only 2.5 miles she really tried hopefully we do get refunded it just when you reserve and pay for a certain type of room you should get what you pay for still no idea how they messed up but at check in the front desk had no knowledge or other words then take it or leave it looked on line everything within a decent distance was sold out .

My stay was good. I wanted to staÿ at this location because of the restaurants were at a walking distance especially my father was an elderly man. It was clean but the restrool had a little hair on the floor from a previous customer.
