Can’t really tell I was there one night but I can tell you that it was no what I expected

It is ok.

Clean. The house keeping did not ask me anytime during a week.

Once a year we go to Cambridge for the Capoeira MdP Batizado. The stay while we were here was amazing. It was all thanks to; Brianna, she helped me via Kipsu. Brianna and Princess greeted us at the front desk. Kyrone took personal care of us during the night. Finally, Kayla was amazing with greeting us and making sure we were okay before we left. We will return next year. Thank you, Amen Sterling

The hotel has friendly staff and a Starbucks is attached to the building. The room, and the hotel in general looks and feels tired. I won’t say don’t go there, I think it is a decent value for the money. However, adjust your expectations. It is not as nice, clean and comfortable as most Hilton Hotels. All I needed this trip was a comfortable bed and cup of coffee in the morning. I spent very little time in the hotel itself. I will note that the entire stay, almost a week, the housekeeping was minimal and my trashcan in the room was never emptied. To put things in perspective, I spent 5 days overnighting at the hotel, and since I used points, the bill was for less than what one night at the Charles Hotel costs, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall.

Hotel staff were professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and I really liked the art in the room.

You should make your $25 overnight parking charge more clear and be more helpful with alternative parking options.

They will charge you to park $25. a day which is ridiculous since their parking lot is just a regular parking lot. I suggest you park in the shopping center next door and walk over. What you pay for is just the room, which is nice.
