This is my second time at the property it’s a great place in the the center of town close walking everywhere. There is a safe in the room, card access into the hotel and staff at the front desk. The only downfall is if you don’t want to party don’t come there cause the clubs are right across the street and you can hear the music all night long.

My stay was great love the location staff was very nice and helpful the only problems were showers weren’t as hot as I’d like but walking the walled city you really don’t need a super hot shower in my opinion. So overall good experience

Excellent place to stay within the Walled City. The location is perfect! Shops, restaurants, and nightclubs all in walking distance. The free breakfast is not on site at the hotel, but it’s about a 2 minute walk to the cafe where it’s served. The staff was very friendly and attentive to anything I needed. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked without any problems. The bathroom however was a little tight, but I was able to manage. The only problem I ran into is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom. I definitely plan on staying here again on my next visit to Cartagena.
