When i arrived, the staff did not know how to apply the $250 gift card i had, so the chaged my CC and told me the morning staff would know how to apply it. The morning staff informed me that they cannot do anything because it has already been applied to my CC

Hyatt place is my go to chain. Ok e the “suite” feel and the thoughtful tech features like USB ports built in

Centrally located for my business in town. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Tub was rusted, tables weren’t clean, and dust in certain places. Hot tub water didn’t look as clean and people who stayed were washing off shoes in the pool. Overall I enjoyed the kitchen area inside of the room, front desk was very helpful with towels, games for my children, and advice for relaxing. Very genuine staff.

I booked a room for two nights but didn’t need to come the first night last minute and because I didn’t come the first night they gave my room away and I had to buy another room for 380 dollars at another place
