"Extra demands for personal online info on booking process unexpected and intrusive"

Roof top pool Cleaning staff were very considerate and helpful Front desk staff friendly

I booked and fully prepaid via booking.com which has been reliable in previous bookings. My difficulty was with the extra online demands for personal information. They requested: my whatsap, email, and demanded on-line signature, and online security bond, (which went to a third party) and photo ID prior to releasing booking details and entry codes. Had l known this was the process l would have booked with another company where these extra on-line demands were not required. If you value online security and privacy l would consider carefully before booking some of the properties under the FV Serain label. I also suggest that booking.com ensure that these extra requests are made plain when advertising the property. The people on site were pleasant and helpful.

Great location and easy access

A little bit of maintenance is required to make it look nice such as walls need repainting no hanging rail in the main bedroom
