How difficult it was to get key, enter building, find a car park, tje price was too high, it was dirty, there was mould and scum in shower

"Won’t be staying again, room had a massive hole in it, there were also no tea towels and I had to wait 40+ minutes just"

Keys were in the wrong lock box, had to wait for an hour to get the right lock box and code, there was a massive hole in the wall
