Location. Easy

Still waiting to receive my refunded bond.

The pool. Comfortable bed.

Noisy at night due to the location with many late night clubs operating. Having to collect key from a convenience store. Luggage store was at a convenience store.

My booking was double booked and I had to find alternative accommodation 2 hrs after I was meant to be booked into my accommodation.

Central location if you like fortitude valley. Good that you had a balcony

Where can I start. Firstly the whole lock box situation is wild! It actually makes me embarrassed if foreigners that can’t speak English have to try and work this out when they come to Australia for a holiday! It was confusing for me who is comfortable in city environments. The car park is poorly signed including the entry and the parking spots. The room itself is run down and not properly cleaned. There isn’t even any block out blinds so expect to have to sleep with a pillow on your face and the aircon doesn’t work properly so be prepared to open the window all night for fresh air. Will not be back and I do not recommend.

Tv remote played up . When I contacted the property they wanted e-mail sent with full description and photos of the remote . I couldn’t be bothered so ended up not controlling the tv and just leaving it off. No extra pillows. Bed was two singles pushed together and not one full bed as described. Fridge light kept blinking . Sink sprayed everywhere with bad sink design so had to wipe bench every time used the tap in kitchen . No soap, only bath/shower gel.
