The check in was terrible

No car park that I requested. Had to walk around in the heat with heavy bags to find keys

I had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. The amenities were top-notch and made the stay super comfortable, and I really appreciated how spacious and well-designed the apartment was. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive and friendly, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Good location, nice apartment and beautiful roof top, easy access instructions, has laundry and fully functional kitchen, decent price

Mattress was on the softer side and could have been a bit more cleaner

Somewhere to sleep comfortable bed

Property was maybe under renovation but hard to tell, walls were very patchy first thing noticed when entered, definately requires new paint job., stains on carpet within main bed, toilet roll holder missing. Shower didnt drain and started flooding. Overall somewhere to sleep but wouldn't return. $300 bond required unsure why when property very underkept. Same overnight price as Queens Wharf which we stayed several weeks ago and much nicer

Apartment was filthy - dirty walks, carpet, broken fixtures. Stale smell. After complaining on the day 1 it was only late on day 2 that the call centre/ reception had the manager with authority offer to clean the apartment or provide a minor 10% discount. As we were leaving early the next day we accepted the discount via Expedia, although they were not able to achieve the full discount despite seeing the manager’s offer in writing.
