The property was AMAZING. It had everything we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a great view! The rooftop pool and spa was amazing as well!

The room and parking was a little difficult to find at first.

Amazing view, good size access to rooftop pool

It was a convenient location and right near the nightlife.

Where to start. 1. When first arriving the aircon was not on, which in most cases might be fine except for when its humid weather, reaching up to 30 degrees. On top of this the aircon was incredibly weak and it was still humid within the room. 2. The smell when entering wasn’t pleasant at all. It smelt like old food, and had a weird musty smell which we had to spray air freshener for. 3. The general cleanliness of the place wasn’t acceptable for that price. Not only the smell but also the dirty floor. And to really top it all off, we found not one but THREE USED BANDAIDS. Does the housekeeping even go through the rooms thoroughly? For the price we were charged it was not okay. 4. Having only one key, despite clearly stating that there were multiple travellers, was extremely inconvenient. It made it difficult for us to come and go independently, as we constantly had to coordinate who had the key. This limited our flexibility and caused unnecessary disruption to our plans, especially when different members of the group needed to return at different times. 5. The shower next to the entrance had a strong mouldy smell whenever the water was turned on, which only disappeared after running the shower for around five minutes. This indicates a possible buildup of mould or bacteria in the plumbing or drainage system. Combined with the fact that the bathroom fan wasn’t working, there was limited ventilation to remove moisture and prevent mould growth. This creates an unhealthy and unhygienic environment, as prolonged exposure to mould and damp air can cause respiratory issues and unpleasant odours. 6. The communication about the deposit and the lack of awareness before purchasing was also very inconvenient. You should make it VERY clear how much the deposit would be and how long it would take to come back.
