I recently stayed at Hotel Shelley from December 16 through December 26, 2025, accompanied by my daughter, and reserved two rooms, specifically rooms 214 and 217. I am writing to kindly follow up regarding the refund of my security deposit in the amount of $200, which has not yet been credited back to my account. Please be assured that the rooms were vacated in the same condition as when they were provided. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience. El personal siempre amable y atento, tienen varios hoteles y se integran generando diversos servicios, como toallas y sillas para la playa. Hotel sumanente céntrico de la Ocean Drv, mucho comercio y facil de tener acceso a diversos servicios.

El closet, lo podrían mejorar, muy pequeño y no hace armonia con el resto de la habitación. Deberían de colocar una puerta de ailes el ruido entre el Lobby y el resto de las habitaciones del segundo piso.
