Great location

The bed is not very comfortable, but fortunately the hotel is on the renovation so it will probably get better within a few months

We always stay the Windsor when we come to Philly. They’re under construction right now, so the property is a bit different right now but it didn’t affect our room or the restaurants! We love the location, the beautiful rooms, and the restaurants downstairs!

It’s under construction right now so navigating the hotel was a bit of a nuisance but there’s nothing wrong with the hotel at all. We always say if we didn’t have kids, we’d be down in Philly at the Windsor a couple times a month!

Edwin provided excellent service at the hotel front desk. He was well-maintained, presented himself professionally, and greeted guests with a genuine, happy attitude. Throughout the interaction, he appeared attentive, organized, and fully prepared to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel itself was also in a great location in Philly, which made the overall stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

I had a very positive experience with the front desk customer service Edwin. He was very busy and working entirely on his own, yet remained calm, professional, and well-poised the whole time. They handled multitasking impressively answering phones, assisting guests, and staying organized without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, and their ability to provide excellent service while working solo truly stood out.
