The Windsor Suites

I stayed here 3 days and two nights March 2026. The hotel is under construction so only two of the four elevators were working. I was put on the 10th floor which had a great view but the heating system was extremely loud, it sounded like a truck I could not sleep. The first night I just thought that it was warming up and the second day would be better no the second day was worse. They don't serve breakfast because they don't have their own restaurant. You have to buy breakfast at the iris Pub which is called Con Murphy. They serve breakfast at 9:30am. I cannot wait that long to eat so I ordered breakfast through GrubHub. The first night there I ate at the Asian restaurant which was excellent. The food excellent service excellent. The first night I stayed at the hotel was Saint Patrick's Day and Irish Pub Was packed It was a line outside so I knew I couldn't eat there that day so the next day was a lot better no crowd lots of empty tables. However the lady behind the bar with the green hair told me that I could sit at the bar I told her I did not want to sit at the bar then she pointed to a table that was facing the wall it was just for one person that said well I can sit there and another man said yes you should sit there I didn't want to sit there either so I asked her about upstairs because they have a upstairs and I said how do I get up there and she said well you can try to go up there but I don't think you can sit up there and I said well I'll try and she said just use the stairs I walk up the stairs get to the top as soon as I get to the top the lady there told me I could not sit up there. I did not understand why she said she was cleaning a couple of tables and then she said well you have to go back downstairs and I said well what about those other tables over there there's so many empty tables up here she said you cannot sit up here please go back downstairs. Even after I explained to her the lady with the green hair behind the bar told me I could come up there. Long story short she went downstairs I went right behind her and I told her look I don't want to be at a place where I'm not wanted and then I just left it went to the Asian restaurant again and had a wonderful dinner. The hotel is not four star. I have to go back to Philly in the fall but definitely I would not stay there and I would not recommend it.

Nunca nos informaron que el hotel iba a estar en remodelación, lo que realmente hacía muy pesado la entrada y salida del hotel, ni hablar del humo de huéspedes que no respetaban el no fumar, principalmente de mariguana.

first, both days i stayed were 83 degrees (March). They have a note on the wall that says they only operate AC during certain months of the year, so the only thing to do if you are hot is turn system off entirely so no hot air comes through. Second, the cleaning team or whoever forgot to put waterbottles on my desk and only left the $4.00 tags there so they charged my card 8.00 for drinking the non-existant water. Be aware if they put you near the elevators you will hear loud dinging and heavy doors slamming all night. The construction is a mess and the elevators were breaking and being worked on the whole time. i can keep going...

The staff was kind. However, I had to wait over 2 hours to access my room due to a fire alarm being pulled.

Worst stay ever. I stayed one night and moved to a safer hotel for the same nightly charge. My room was GROSS and broken. Upon checkin I wasn't told of any amenities the "hotel" had to offer. Just given the key and room number. The bathroom sink didn't drain, a lightbulb was hanging by a wire, the carpet was stained and dirty to walk on, and the room was dingy and mildew smelling. I asked for a different room and the front desk said all rooms are old and I would just have to deal with it. After speaking to other guests I find that statement to be false. The compared their rooms to those on your website. Hopefully you don't charge full price for your dirty, old, rooms. I don't even know how you have great reviews.

Great location, very helpful staff, lots of room in the suite

I can’t think of a thing. Some people might not like dealing with valet parking vs parking your own car, but I didn’t need it for half a week, so it was actually better for me.

Stayed on the 24th executive floor. Apparently a suite is a room in which a divan is pushed up against a window. Bathroom products partially stocked (no shower gel). No in hotel breakfast available until 9am weekdays except what barely passes for a continental breakfast in the executive floor lounge. Most employees surly. Plan on waiting 20 minutes if you're in valet park. Check out tried to bill twice for valet parking already charged when I booked online. Biggest surprise was the hidden $250 "security deposit" charge on my credit card. Didn't appear when booking the room or on the checkout invoice. But it sure hit my cc. I called Windsor "customer service" was was told "all hotels do that". No. No they do not. They "should be able to refund it within 5 business days".
