The Windsor Suites

Good location

A bit noisy at times, as the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. This wasn’t a major issue. We also had intermittent WiFi issues and loss of tv channels at times but again, nothing major!

This hotel is top notch for a city stay. We checked in on Thursday and were able to access our room a couple of hours early, a huge bonus when travelling with kids. We dumped our luggage and headed out to explore for the day. We managed to score a top floor room with access to the sky lounge, which was such a treat! The view was just awesome and it was very quiet and cool. It also felt very spacious for a city room! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. Every staff member that we interacted with was helpful and pleasant. The location was ideal for our game plan of exploring museums, and it's within walking distance of a lot of downtown attractions. We'd definitely stay there again!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Windsor Suites. The room was large, with a huge closet. The kitchenette was nice, although my refrigerator wouldn't open all the way due to a slight design flaw (the baseboard is too thick and blocks the opening of the door). The pool area is nice, even if you don't want to swim due to the great city views. They have security, especially at night, which is nice. Walking distance to City Hall, Franklin Institute, and Suburban Station. I do wish they had a complimentary breakfast, but there is an attached restaurant that has breakfast on weekends.

Our 1 bedroom suite was HUGE. Bedroom, living room, kitchenette and 3 closets! Plenty of space for our family. Edwin was super helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay next time we are in town.
