"Five Star Stay"

This was certainly a FIVE star experience! Reservations were easy and the staff was more than accommodating! Catheline (Cat), who worked at the front desk was amazing and super friendly! She gave us good tips and advice on how to make our stay better! If you are lucky enough to have her check you in, your stay will be that much better! Cannot wait to book our next stay!

"Balcony Views & Perfect Philly Location"

We had a great stay here and would absolutely come back. The balcony was a highlight—such a nice bonus space to relax. The location couldn’t be better, right in central Philly and within easy walking distance to so many amazing museums and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer on site—it made things so convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

"אחלה מלון והכי חשוב- צוות נהדר ויוצא דופן"

שירות יוצא דופן מפקידת קבלה בשם קאת cat. הייתה לבבית מאוד מהרגע הראשון ובעיקר לאחר שהתכניות השתנו ואחת האורחות העבירה יום במיון- ונאלצנו להאריך את השהייה . היחס היה נפלא , היא יצאה מגדרה לעזור לנו. השירות מהיר מאוד, כל מה שהיה חסר או ביקשנו הגיע במהירות לחדר. למשל - המיזוג במלון עבר לקירור והיה לנו קר בחדר, מיידית שלחו לנו רדיאטור. המיקום מצוין קרוב להכל ברגל (גם לבית חולים מתברר....) .חדר מרווח מאוד עם מקום למזוודות. ממליצה מאוד!

לקח למים החמים הרבה מאוד זמן להגיע, כנראה בעיה נקודתית בחדר. בחדר השני בהזמנה לא הייתה בעיה.
