"Good stay for business trip"

I came here by myself for a business trip not expecting much but was astounded by the exploratory service. It was mid day and they were kinda busy, but check in went smoother than expected. I received very pleasant service from Edwin, who was very supportive and professional and told me if I needed anything to let him know. He was very professional. The place was very clean and is in a good location. I’ll mostly likely come again next time I am in town.

Had a great experience at the hotel overall the property was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Edwin especially stood out with his professionalism and kindness. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly during the stay. Excellent customer service all around!

Highly recommend! We stayed here in May of 2026. The hotel is comfortable, very clean and safe. There is a rooftop terrace with a pool that has a beautiful view of the city. If you are interested in the visual arts this is a convenient place to stay as the Barnes, Rodin, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art are all within easy walking distance. All the staff, the parking valets, wait staff in both restaurants, housekeeping, Engineering, and the front desk staff were professional and genuinely friendly.

Edwin did an excellent job managing the desk on his own today. Even while handling all guest interactions solo, he remained calm, professional, and attentive. He communicated clearly, stayed organized, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. His ability to multitask under pressure and still maintain a positive attitude is truly appreciated. Great work, Edwin. Keep it up.
