Workers at the desk and at the valet desk, treated me so kindly and made me feel so welcome. The building is kept exceptionally clean and staff are very timely and respectful.

The only negative was that there is no parking at hotel and valeting your car costs 37 dollars a night!! Besides this the room was very clean and comfortable, the rooftop bar was awesome as well as the lobby. Would definitely recommend!!

The hotel is in a great location and it looks nice. Rooms are very clean.

I called ahead to see if I could check in half an hour early but was told no rooms were ready yet. During my stay I found a few challenges I wish I had known about in advance: there was daytime construction, loud roof parties over the weekend, and some wear in the room itself. The bed had a noticeable indentation, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, and the toilet kept running. Since this is a pet-friendly hotel, guests should be aware that there may be barking in the rooms or lobby. There also wasn’t any drinking water in the room or available for purchase, which is tough when you need water for medications. My room was not serviced during my stay, and breakfast and coffee service, while decent in quality, was quite slow. I received a text from the hotel asking about my experience, and I shared these concerns, but unfortunately never heard back. I didn’t use valet parking, though I did notice that other guests were waiting quite a while for their cars. Overall, the location is great, but I think there’s room to improve on communication, service consistency, and amenities.

Staff is incompetent and valet is terrible. Do not stay here if you need to be places on time as it will take 30-45 minutes to get your car from Valet.

Booking Problems Created a Mess – Graduate Was Fine, Hilton Was Not I booked the Graduate because my last stay at the nearby Hilton was disappointing and I wanted a better experience for our team. The Graduate itself was pleasant enough this time, but the trip was still frustrating because of booking issues. I had paid for breakfast as part of my reservation, but the hotel didn’t have it in their system. I had to pull out my laptop — twice — to prove it was included. That’s an unnecessary hassle for a prepaid business trip. The bigger issue was with my coworker who arrived the next night: • His reservation wasn’t honored; he was sent to the Hilton at 1 a.m., the very hotel we were trying to avoid. • His first room at the Hilton had a broken TV, then the AC stopped working. • He was eventually downgraded to another room in even worse shape, with a leaking faucet. For context, during my previous stay at the Hilton I also experienced problems — a broken toilet seat, a poorly maintained restroom, unpleasant hallway smells, and overall neglect. I even took photos and uploaded them to Google at the time. Knowing this, it was incredibly frustrating that my coworker had to endure the Hilton again after his Graduate booking wasn’t honored. As the travel manager for my company, I test hotels to find reliable options for our employees. Every was perfect

The first night I stayed at the Graduate was not good. Thursday 9/25. I asked if I could check in early at 8:30 am, she immediately said no and that I couldn’t check in until 4. She did take my number in case it worked out. I feel that it would be nice if you gave your awaiting customers a card that they could use the gym while they wait. Also there was not enough staff at 4 pm to Check everyone in. Other than that everything was nice.
