"You get what you pay for .....that being said the rate was extremely overpriced"

At first I liked the price but from the experience it should have been less than what it was

For starters there was no refrigerator in my room there was no remote for the TV in my room the water was cold not hot at all and the bathroom was disgusting

"Awful don’t go there ."

The employee didn’t give me the room I had pay for a 2 beds n I could only get 1 bed I had a family my . Also when she did tell me she had a 2 beds available it was already occupied room with tenants in there stuff with there belongings . Very bad didn’t care . We could have got shot at .

"This place is awful... "

I don't even know that you could call this place a motel. It should not be listed on hotels.com for sure! This place was awful! Worse than a third world country motel! When we arrived, they informed me that they didn't have the room I had booked for. I asked for them to refund me and they said they could not do that. So, we took whatever room they had available. It was awful! There was no toilet paper, no towels, no hot water, the floor was coming apart. There was commotion all night long. Room was absolutely disgusting. We checked in and then left to get some food, when we got into the room and saw the state of the room, there was no choice but to just attempt to get a few hours sleep. We gave up early morning and went and turned in the keys to the office as soon as they opened. Do NOT recommend!! In fact, after that horrible experience, I will never stop in Jacksonville again!
