Studio 6 Extended Stay - Jacksonville, FL - South

Reserved for 4 nights. 1st room 3rd floor oh and the elevator was not working, No curtains and ac didnt work, down to reception. Another room, 2nd floor, ac again didnt work. Down to reception. Angry at this point. Wanted to go somewhere else. She assures me she would give me a good room this time. After i told her to cancel my stay. 3rd room,1st floor ac works but the room is filthy, dead roaches on the floor, and sand in the bathtub. The room was also falling apart.at that point i grabbed my bags and left the key on the bed and went elsewhere. I have a message into the hotel, no response yet. Plan on calling when i get back from my work trip. Warning, go somewhere else, i did

The stove top had no burners. The microwave was full of rust. The floor was filthy. No toilet paper. No courtesy soap. And when I checked in they didn't have the two beds I paid for I had to get one queen.

Absolutely nothing it was measurable and because of the staff and the way that the property was I lost out on money from my job because I took so long and was late

booked it online to get a discount I had to wait an hour the person that I went there with had to walk back and forth to the office three times because the door lock wouldn't open then she shows up with a crowbar to open the door I asked her how I was supposed to get in and out she said like this until maintenance gets here she puts me in another room there's no microwave toaster coffee pot not even a blanket on the bed then I try to have a conversation with her about it and she gave me an attitude and told my boyfriend that I had an attitude and that that wouldn't happen at another motel because I'd get kicked out they wouldn't give me a discount they wouldn't compensate me in any way I called booking.com and they called and said that they would try to handle it but I still haven't been compensated it was my worst hotel experience and it messed up one of my jobs because I lost out $250 having to wait outside in the cold for over an hour and then move from room to room so all in all the room cost me 70 and then the money that I lost and the time and aggravation. Finally the last room that she put me in it had a stove but the burners were missing the coffee pot was missing the part that holds the filter , and no microwave,and there was no blanket . She told me that all the blankets were dirty and that they were had a shortage on them that I could wait for her to wash there was one towel in the bathroom no wash rags and the bottom of the shower was covered in hair. there was no bathtub like it said in my booking and I booked a smoking room she later told me that it was a non-smoking room.this is an hour and 20 minutes into me arriving.

Terrible. Not clean, unconfortable. I decided lost my money and do not sleep there

I did not have pillows or hot water for my stay and the floors were dirty.

Booked two weeks in advance, they sold our room and we were forced to sleep in our car for the evening. Terrible service, terrible hotel, in a nasty area. DO NOT GO HERE

The customer representative was friendly and available however there was problems with the vending machine so you have to go to the store down street. There were also no microwave or refrigerator in the studio rooms. This place is in need of exterminator as I killed roaches and had to put my bags in car due to fear of them getting into my things. I am unsure if they are currently renovating but it is needed. The room was a lower price then average and I reckon you get what you pay for.
