"Renovations needed"

The customer service/ front desk staff were polite and apologetic. The room I booked was supposed to have a king size bed, but we ended up in a room with a double bed. The bed had two half size pillows, no blanket and was hard as a brick. There was no table and chairs in the room as advertised. The room liked nothing like the room advertised. The roaches crawling up the wall kept all of clothing in the truck of the car. The smell of the room only got worse due to smell of weed being smoked in the breezeway. They should pay you to stay here.

"Don’t stay here"

The rooms are in bad condition, the AC was missing buttons, the TV screen was all scratched, the room floor had cockroaches (dead and alive) the shower was dirty and the towels were wet and dirty

It was dirty and nothing like the pictures. There were a lot of roaches and the nonsmoking room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and had burns in the curtains. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The AC unit had a towel stuck in it. The environment was very sketchy.
