Old Bank Hotel

Location is excellent , central to everything. Breakfast was amazing a real treat.

We were never sent any car park details, resulting in a very stressful journey and we are waiting for a lot of fines due to bus lanes ect !!!

We found the Old Bank Hotel several years ago and finally made it there last week. It was as good as we hoped; the detailing is amazing and the team were equally great. The room was perfect and everything about the hotel ticked all our boxes. We'll be heading back and, hopefully, sooner rather than later.

Most things. Tasteful and relaxing, helpful friendly staff, parking arrangements, bed very comfortable, bedroom and bathroom both spacious.

We were annoyed by the approach to service charging. 13.5% was added to our bill automatically, whatever the service. I’d rather tip as a matter of choice. The restaurant was very busy and noisy, but otherwise nice.

Perfect location. A real treat. You couldn’t ask for anything better.

Excellent property with good service and accommodation.

Very well run and well appointed hotel in a good location. The bedrooms are very comfortable and very clean. We stayed in a classic bedroom which was a decent size. The library provided a pleasant location for refreshments. To a person, the staff at the hotel were helpful, proactive and flexible in their approach.
