One bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and the staff were helpful.

These apartments are very outdated and need refurbishment. It took us back to the 70s. Even with a little TLC it could be improved. However, the bathroom needs a total renovation. In this era a shower over a step in soap is dangerous. In addition, the apartment was infested with small flying insects that did not bite but were a nuisance.

Location was perfect for nearby restaurants. Paid parking was very handy underneath the building.

Rooms need an upgrade, The air-conditioning didn't work in the living area so had to keep the bedroom one on to heat the place. Thought housekeeping checked all these things out before guests arrived. Reception did offer us a room change but that was after we discovered the air-conditioner wouldn't be fixed for a few days.

It was in a great part of town it had everything you need parking was easy and most of staff where great

Wasn't clean to the standard , furniture was old . Pool was closed and we weren't told before hand ,fan in bathroom was broken and clothes dryer didn't work as we found after do a load of washing

The room is really spacious. For the cost it’s a great deal for a one bedroom with full kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. The location is great too.

Check out is 11am but they will knock on the door to “remind “ you to get out asap? I’m travelling a lot, it’s the first time ever in my life have this kind of experience yet when I confronted the staff when checking out, she told me it’s a quite common practice for hotels to do this.

The location of the accommodation was good for restaurants and shopping.

The apartment was dirty with broken tiles throughout the kitchen floor which was a safety issue. None of the beds had mattress protectors nor tmdid the pillows that were dirty and yellow. The shower head in the main bathroom was fixed do you couldn't access the water stream without being right in the corner of the shower. Extensive water damage to the vanity unit in the main bathroom due to this as well. The carpet was dirty and the walls were damaged with paint chipped off everywhere. The balcony was filthy as well with bird droppings and grime.
