Location and the space in the room. Sound proof walls.. Great view of the pool.

The bed was too hard. And there was no bathroom shampoo or body wash in shower.. also blue tack on the walls from something hanging above the bed.

The interior of the room was old , curtains torn Carpet had stains, lounge uncomfortable worn out. The overall interior looks worn out . Needs to be updated

Perfect location. Close to town center. Nothing was an issue

Central location. Undercover parking available for $20 per day. Blockout curtains.

We stayed on level 4, apartment 9.. The bathroom and in particular the spa bath need a deep clean as the jet fittings were black and dirty. Needs a good scrub with a brush and sanitisation. The shower is over the spa bath. Very high side on the spa and nothing to hold onto when stepping in and out of the tub. The shower head is fixed and cannot be tilted or raised. The faucet on the spa bath was loose and wobbly. The kitchen flickmixer is loose and almost coming off the sink. Broken tiles on kitchen floor. Not enough pillows. No blankets provided as we don't sleep with the heating on all night. Couch extremely low to the ground, challenging to get up and down. Maintenance and housekeeping need to lift their game for these dated apartments. Not the worst apartment we've stayed in, but certainly far from the best.

Close to city centre, staff were amazing friendly and helpful. Apartment was more than we could have imagined for the price
