Adina Serviced Apartments Canberra James Court

Foyer was warm and inviting.

The rooms are old and in poor condition. The carpets needed steam cleaning.

The staff were very helpful

The rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul The rooms have an odour and furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable

I stayed at the Novatel across the road for 2 nights when i first arrived in town and was very disappointed. I didn't want to stay there a third night so I found the Adina Apartments on Booking.com and the whole experience from booking, to arrival, the friendly helpful reception staff accomodating an early check in bc i'd left the novatel, to the spacious apartment with a great balcony and the apartment itself. The decor didn't feel tired or unloved like i'd just experienced, and the outside traffic and cold disappeared when you closed the great windows, doors and curtains. Overall value for money and i will be back in Canberra this year and will stay again at the Adina.

perhaps an updated air con or some fans for air circulation. but that's being picky.

Spacious, location and excellent value

the interiors are a bit tired however fine given the value - for an economical, convenient stay with lovely staff it was a bargain

Hotel is great, large rooms close to everything

The roads and the noise, main room was good, second room heard every noise possible
