Close to Canberra city centre and shops. Parking was available and staff were super helpful.

It was a little dated. No way would I use the spa bath. The parking spaces were super small. I own a small car and some spots I would not be able to fit in. So if you have a big car you would struggle.

The main bathroom toilet wouldn't flush immediately and if it did then it refused to refill. We had to take the lid off and fill with a saucepan. We reported this and nothing was done. Not A Thing Also the electric jug in the kitchenette hadn't been washed probably EVER. The lid was disgusting.

The location was good for shopping

The road noise, we were top floor and it was still very loud of a night time. The room was not clean when we got there, i asked at the desk when the last time it was cleaned, i had to rewash all the dishes before using them as they were still dirty from previous guests. Alot of missing utensils, shower heads in both bathrooms don’t move and your standing right on the shower door basically with your face on it or right on the spa bath shower curtain, when mentioned to reception, they already knew of this concern which makes us think its been mentioned by other guests. The vent in the bathrooms were filthy, you could see the dust.

Staying at the Adina worked well for me. The apartment was spacious, location was excellent and the kitchen in the apartment meant I could prepare my own breakfast. The pool and gym were really welcome. I also arrived with a bicycle (not e-bike) and the staff kindly let me keep it with me.

Drag racing through the night. Very disruptive. Room wasn't clean Broken tiles on floor...hair on floor in bathroom.something questionable on carpet and longe....bed very hard.

This property used to be excellent. Perhaps it was just this room, however it was filthy. Bathroom and floors, couches, chairs.
