Building, spa, grounds, food & staff were lovely and efficient.

Attention needed. used towel in room for hottub, & hottub needed engineers to open jets, shower although impressive multi jet was clogged and sad l, again engineer needed, wardrobe lights didnt work, bath robe was frayed and yellowish. Outdoor restaurant lights broken, so could hardly see to eat. Worst was there was-no privacy in garden hottub, when getting in or out you are on full display of garden restaurant tables, many people walked past. Felt exposed, not private enough, need screens or blinds.

We had a jacuzzi room which was spectacular. The spa and gym where amazing.

Breakfast was underrated and below par. The staff were abrut. Beans looked like they had been under a warmer for hours, they were dry and very unappetising. I said to the staff member my concerns and was told " you don't have to eat them if you don't want too " Not what you would expect from a 5* Establishment.

- No cold water in rooms from taps - No fridge - Tiles in bathroom slightly dated
