The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy St Brelades Bay. The staff are fantastic and the hotel is clean, comfortable and has lovely food. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

"Prince is a superstar"

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Golden Sands. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view over the bay. All the staff were very pleasant and attentive. It is a great location for exploring the island.

We l have been to golden sands for the past five years. Staff are wonderful, setting amazing and a convenient bus service. But we are starting to find the cost of the accommodation is getting more expensive. We were on the 4th floor and the room we had really needed upgrading. We haven’t eaten in the hotel other than breakfast. Lovely as it was it got very costly.

"Golden by name, golden by nature!"

September 2025 We love this hotel and have stayed here many times and it never fails to delight. This year we visited in May and we were lucky enough to come again in September. The Golden Sands always delivers a great holiday experience from the brilliant location to the spotlessness of the rooms, the amazing staff who can’t do enough for you, the top notch breakfasts and a great on site restaurant. This is all brilliantly managed by the wonderful Julia. It’s such a friendly place to be and we’re always made to feel like old friends. We love staying here and can’t wait to return!
