Y'all over book rooms and don't want to refund money back, and rooms are not even all booked, lie to the customer because staff does not want to do work.

Lady at front desk when I phoned said if you are disabled and have a service ADA dog you have to have either an accessible room OR a "dog" room not both. She proceeded to break the Law by asking for shots records & HIPPA INFO which once again is against the Law. Bad customer service must be a franchise hotel clearly to be that rude.

Size of room

It was a rough start room was not clean and no linen on beds in first room. Moved to another room. Hard to get towels, and then find out when checking out your charged a linen fee. REALLY. Staff was okay, but in complaint it was always, “it comes from corporate not me.”. We haven’t received our 100 dollar deposit, and we checked out on the 13th of July. AC worked great. Kitchen area was fine. Offers breakfast online, but told they haven’t done that since COVID. False advertisement . The ceiling was leaking in lobby from second floor bathroom. I was not pleased with 85% of the stay. I will never stay there again. Hall smelled of weed the entire stay. Morning, noon, and night.
