Very dirty facility. Tub was filthy. The first room they gave us was not even made up. No sheets on bed. Used glove in bathroom sink. Switched us to another room. But, it was not good. Guess you get what you pay for!

The location .

The smell of mariguana was all over the building (inside) I’m not against it but when you travel with kids you expect a clean environment. The bed sheets and towels were not well washed

I came to the Extended Stay in Jacksonville Florida at Bay Meadows and Ashley ( who works front desk ) was the first person I saw, she was very professional & has a kind spirit. If you decide to stay here ask for Ashley, she will go above & beyond for you and treat you with care. Lisa the manager is also very, kind, professional and funny.

Door was hard to open. Good thing my strong husband was with me otherwise I would have had to get a new room. I could not open the door without him. He has to throw his shoulder into it Everytime. Has to ask for toilet paper.
