Miss Lisa at the extended stay hotel on 3800 Western Way in Jacksonville Florida she is the manager of the hotel she is very professional and an awesome cook my stay here has been excellent she really takes care of her staff and her desk I truly appreciate her my brother is deaf but she always take the time to ask me how is he doing if she hasn't seen him I really think her for that and thank her for looking out for him she also I've had no problems with no one at the front desk everybody is very professional and and they really seem to care about the guest👌👌

Absolutely nothing

Everything. it was dirty and it stinks. It took the staff about 15 minutes just to open the doors at night. There were roaches crawling around, and the AC barely worked.
