The bathroom was horrible no shower curtain nails coming out of the doors, in addition to it being broken. And no cookware was provided.

Z has amazing customer service! She has a very positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience staying here.

Fairly decent location

Front desk, workers not welcoming, walk past several times and had to wait to even check in for about 10 minutes. During check-in, I booked through Booking.com and they charge me for the room and $100 hold fee for Booking.com that should’ve never been charged which was then charged and still a month out fighting with them to get my money back. Facility dirty uncapped , a room was uncomfortable bathroom, dirty showers and tub disgusting caked with mildew. TV and Internet, not working had to unplug and plug the TV back in. In bed, very uncomfortable.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and cleanliness.

I don't like how they have to take a security deposit. But I understand why they do. Hopefully I'll get it the next day.

The location and staff are very nice.

My non smoking room smelled like someone smoked a pack of full flavor cigarettes mins before I opened the door. The smell was so powerful it soaked into my luggage. As someone with breathing issues & allergies it wasn't only disappointing, but a health hazard. The shower was not cleaned ( had hair and some kind of gooey substance stuck to tail and had the paint lining peeling off the sides.

The staff was very polite

The building can be updated inside, microwave and fridges were rusty and not completely cleaned. The bathroom shower was not completely cleaned and can be updated. Also after paying 62$ had to pay a $100 deposit which should have been mentioned online . It was ok overall not somewhere I would recommend off top. Bath towels need to be replaced as well they were not changed.
