I'm totally disabled, on crutches route to the 308 room was long ways! Tub had mold, a/c fan was hitting something on inside noise so bad only two hrs sleep, no hot water in shower!!! Brought my own drinks they never got cold overnight in the fridge, had to get another remote for the TV only 1 of batteries took one hour to get, got late check out because rental car not ready asked for a cart had to call back for it hour later, lost my Uber had to pay for because of the late cart also my rental car !!! Return policy for using debit card is too long!

I used to like this place checked in in November until a week ago in March 2026 where I was evicted for no reason . I even helped the housekeepers plunging out clogged toilets in rooms that were not mine , witnessed homel.ess people sleeping in stairwell, watched a couple late on their rent stay by lobby front door for 3 days with all their belongings til they got the money then they were put in room directly across from me . I had a mishap at work shorted my paycheck so was only able to pay 5 days instead of the 7 I had been pay ing faithfully for 6 months without fail .on 6th day I rounded up the funds to pay the 6th day and paid it at 8 pm that night ...same day so it wasnt like I was delinquent ....the 7th day finally got my check was going to pay 8 days to be ahead of t he game again but I didnt. Get out of work til 6 I called manager at 5 after a hectic day at work and she had evicted me ....okay I get it not behind in rent but rules are rules but then she put me on do not rent list across the country when I had 8 days of rent available for her and was only 5 hours late its not like I was trying to screw them out of money and on top of that had even plunged out toilets for them IT DOESNT PAY TO BE A NICE GUY AT THIS PLACE Why dont they put the homeless people smoking drugs in the stairways on the do not rent list oh thats right they look other way and was even giving a door key to empty rooms to a prostitute named Amber once in a while until I chased her out of hotel when she thought she was going to take my man .So I guess if you on disability or homeless or a prostitute you get better treatment than the hard working man does .....keep up that kind of treatment and your hotel will be lights out like the Ramada next door DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WORK THEY ONLY FAVOR THE HOMELESS AND DOWNTRODDEN AND DERELICTS OF SOCIETY HERE
