"Terrible customer service and rooms left unclean"

I asked for cleaning service in my room yesterday and a guy I spoke to said it had to be done today since it takes 8-9 days after check-in for maid services to get it done . I spoke to Carla , the front desk agent , this morning and she said it will be done today . I came back at night after a long and stressful day at work to find out the sheet crawling with bed bugs for over a week now had not been changed and a pike of dirty towels left scattered on the floor . Totally horrible customer service and very unacceptable . STAY AWAY !!

"A great place to stay"

I had a wonderful stay at ESA brea The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Marisa and Carla. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Was not able to check in my initial reservation due to system shutdown and reboot. Room was poorly cleaned. Initially the staff on duty was unfriendly, had to cancel first reservation. Not a family friendly location.
