24 hour check in desk, but if you show up after midnight, then your reservation is void, so there is no point in having 24 hour check in. Bedding had some stains on it, and the tub was filthy. Wouldn’t even step into it without shoes if I needed to. The room had a weird odor that would not dissipate. Staff was kind and friendly, but I would not choose to stay here again. Not worth the price. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you get less.

Clean, friendly, quiet away from traffic love it

The stay is good if it’s your super last resort. I didn’t think about it since Ive stayed at other extended stays before that people are obviously staying for long periods of time. The rooms have super thin walls, a guest next to us was yelling and cussing and throwing stuff-it was kinda scary and sort of made me feel uneasy of what kind of guests are there. Water pressure in showers was extremely low, there wasn’t a breakfast like they mentioned from 6am-9am…they directed us to vending machines. The check in process was a hassle…the attendant Leah was so slow. Asked me if she could help another guest because they’re process was easier (?) I was just checking in 2 rooms…not sure how that is difficult. Lastly, I left my pajama pants and when I realized once I got home I tried calling and the phone calls never went through. I emailed the property and it wasn’t until the day after my check in that the phones actually went through and for them to tell me they found nothing. I get that it’s my fault I left something but I just find it odd other hotels will put lost and found aside and had their phone lines been working I could’ve gotten connected with them sooner. I think it’s odd they didn’t “find” my victoria secrets pajama pants. Overall unless you’re desperate and everywhere else is booked I would avoid this place. Customer service lacked and the stay was mediocre

I wasn’t able to have breakfast. Because they ran out & could not provide more due to budget cut. Which I find funny when it cost me $85 to stay one night.

There were several things that were broken when we arrived at the room. The door frame was dented and it was difficult to close the door and the door would just swing right open. The kitchen faucet was broken and sprayed out when turned on. The bathroom door was splitting at the bottom. There was also no grab and go breakfast served at all. They had the empty coffee out even though we checked 3 times from 7am-10am and nothing else was even out. And by the time we checked out they cleaned up the area where there wasn’t breakfast. This place is garbage. I also had to walk around a feral cat multiple times because their owners just left it outside.

family operated was very warm n welcoming

I came from my doctor’s appointment on December 11,2024 and I called the front desk to inquire about housekeeping since it’s been nine days since I checked in and their housekeeping policy is 8-9 days after check -in . This front desk agent stated that it had to be done the following day .So I called the following morning on December 12th and Carla , the female front desk agent stated it will be done as confirmed . I came back after a long and stressful day at work and to my shock and dismay , the sheets have not been changed and the towels were scattered about on the floor . I was so appalled that I called the front desk agent that night and asked for a room change . It was a long day and o was tired and as soon as I got inside the room , I almost had a severe asthma attack and I had bed bugs from the previous night . Vanessa , the front desk agent that night , offered me fresh sheets and towels with the room getting cleaned the following day . On the night of December 19th , a week after the last cleaning service was done ,i asked to be put on the housekeeping board which the front desk agent confirmed . I called the front desk agent Nick who told me there was a shortage and it had to be done the following day after he asked me to come to the front desk and demanded me to come back in which was rude . I went to the front desk agent again that night and the female front desk agent confirmed o was on the list . On my way out this morning , I called the front desk agent and a male rep stated they have a shortage of housekeepers and it may not be done today . He even had the nerve to call me back to confirm it may not be guaranteed and I assume it was the same ride front desk agent Nick that called .This is nothing but the runaround so I agree with all the reviews being worse than mine stating that no housekeeping ever came to clean their rooms . They are always short-staffed and unprofessional . This is the reason why I am sick more than half the time here .STAY AWAY .

The room 217 has broken and dirty bathtub, got switched to 219 that has broken bathtub’s faucet which I could not use the shower! Had to bath myself using tiny plastic cup!! Dirty microwave and walls !!

Staff is nice

I believe this will be my last time in staying with extended stay America Every time I am amazed at just how run down the rooms are and how dirty the premises are The room had dead bugs on the floor and the bed was very saggy and no soap or clean towels I complained to management and got clean towels but not much more Over all this is no better then some hole in the wall motel
