Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Brea

The employees were great and want to especially thank you to the manager Carla, Marissa and Elijah. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you again. 😁

When I checked in

We tried checking in around 5:30, we’re assigned a room that we couldn’t get into. When we went back to inform the front desk they were rude and unhelpful and making it seem like we were too dumb to figure out how to open a door. When the guy came back he said he couldn’t put us in that room because it’s dirty. Mind you this is after he had already given me attitude because he thought I was just trying to change rooms and they were booked. Additionally the new room was also not clean, there were no blankets, towels, shower curtain, there was pubic hair in the bathroom. We also planned to cook some of our meals here but I never got the kitchen supplies I needed, even after asking 3 times, so we ended up having to donate the food before we left so we didn’t throw it away. This caused extra expenses for us as we had to eat out for every meal and we lost the money on the groceries we purchased. We stayed 4 days and 4 nights. This was such a bad experience I will never book here again and I will make sure everyone knows not to book here either. (I tried reaching out to the hotel and still haven’t heard anything back)

The room facility is very old, not clean, but if you need a cheap location to sleep, it is ok, not recommended for family with kids.

Great for the price. Clean and comfortable.

It was ok. Bed wasnt very comfortable and i found some nasty old stuff in drawer left from previous guest.

This property is in serious need of updating….

It was dirty and the they provide you with no otems u less you go down to ask for them. Its really inconvenient. They say they have coffee but everytime we went theyvsaid they were out of coffee.
