Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Brea

They had a cart to use to get my stuff to the 3rd floor. Cameras were everywhere. Offered appliances and utensils for the kitchenette.

This place is soso i do not recommend the king size bed with the foldout couch, the sofabed was awful and nothing but springs and sweat stains on the mattress, and the rooms with the 2 full size beds smell like cigarettes eventhough it says no smoking oh and they don't answer their phones either, but at lease is pet friendly that's about it, but i wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family members.

I didn't like my stay things were going wrong from the start

We had this room booked for 2 nights, we only stayed 1 night. I didn’t even bother asking for a partial refund as we just wanted out of there. At check in, the staff that was present initially didn’t really know what they were doing. It wasn’t until another experienced staff member came to show them how to check guests in. Room keys: apparently they are for 1 time use because I had to go up and down the stairs 4 times because the key kept not working after initial use. I was told to keep them away from magnets. Uhhh, I don’t have magnets in my pocket. Then I was told to keep it away from my phone . Tried that, it didn’t work. Finally got a key that actually worked, even though it sat right on top of my phone. The room was old looking and was really hot for some reason and uncomfortable . The window open about 2 inches before it hits a slide lock and the window has absolutely no working lock on it which is pretty unsafe even though it only opens 2 inches. The reason the room was so hot is because I found several areas of the floor had hotspots for some reason. The smoke detector was missing its cover and the battery was not connected. The small oven in the room had a burner that was covered in rust. The bathroom:Nasty The tub was stained with I don’t know what, the fixtures leaked the exhaust fan was covered in dirty dust, and there were spot of mold where the top tile met the drywall. I took pictures but I’m unable to post here.

Our room smelt like smoke from smoking ,it got way worse when we turned on the heater , we then got changed to another room which didnt have enough sleeping space , then got put in a final room after walking from room to room and waiting to find the next room then me and my 2 kids squished in a king size bed because sofa bed the springs are so hard and the bed is so thin it would kill anyones back and thats not what i paid for we were suppose to have 2 beds , the lady in the office was great she tried hard but the hotel itself is a huge let down , its embarrasing to have to go and ask for shampoo never have i ever had to do this at a hotel , no breakfast even though they send a message saying theres a bagged breakfast , i will never stay again traveling with kids is easy in the right hotel , with this hotel it was nothing but problems so now my kids are overly tired and ill have to go buy them.breakfast since they dont provide it even after they message you about it

The staff were very friendly and helpful but two of the rooms had bed bugs. I booked a room for my grandma and the first room had bed bugs. They kindly moved her into a new room and that one had the same issue. The staff were great and gave us a full refund but my grandma is covered in bites and has been itchy for days. Sadly I wouldn’t suggest staying here. Also very limited breakfast.

The rooms are in terrible shape, not maintained. Personal were not friendly, not welcoming. Coffee both morning not maintained during hours. Location was the only plus

I go to check in and was given the key card, they didn’t end up working. The smell of cigarettes outside was too much so I asked them if they could change the room. The Lady Marissa was very kind and gave me another room, but then the actual room smelled like a heavy cigarette smoker lived in there. So I went back to the front desk to ask for another room. Again Marisa was kind and did so, she was very understanding. The last room I got smelled fine and was clean. The shower heads are not good, the tubs are stained. This place is cheap and super outdated, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will probably never stay here again, but it was cheap and easy to get last minute.

This place is convenient.

Stay away from this disgusting motel!! Full of section 8 and drug addicts! We paid full price and stayed at this hotel on and off for several months due to close proximity to my work. We never complained and was treated like garbage by several employees- Kayla the manager is a rude person and hates her job, also front desk person Travis is the most incompetent person and never greets quests just treats you like your an annoyance!! We were charged $150 deposit when we checked in and was never told about this when we booked and paid for our reservation online nor does the hotel website mention they have a deposit at all! We stayed many times here and was never charged a deposit, we do not have pets! Apparently they have a policy that you can only stay 21 days but keepin mind this does not apply to the section 8 guests because they have been living in this hotel for months and do not have to leave, this is blatant discrimination as we are treated differently than the are being treated!! Stay away from this disgusting dirty place it you will be sorry
