We phoned and said we would be after midnight checking in and were told there would be some one at the front desk. This was not true. The office was locked and there was a security guard wandering around the parking lot who said he didnt know where they were. Finally after going to the back of the building in an area where we didnt know a soul and not feeling very safe we finally found the nght clerk in a back room. We got checked in and the room was a complete mess. The sheets were dirty, the a/c didnt work, the curtains had holes in them, and nothing had been cleaned. We were booked in for 3 nights but only stayed one. I wuld not recommend expedia rate this property at all.

Worst experience ever. So dirty, lower part of restroom door missing, moisture all over the restroom, does not look like pictures on the website,

The room was clean, but the restroom was very dirty, the faucet was rusting and I had to ask for a room change because of it. The next restroom was still a bit on the dirty side, but nothing to do with the first room. Staffing was ok, when it came to the change of rooms, but not the best customer service.

This property was not clean. It was borderline filthy. The bathroom tub was rusted with dripping water; enough that neither me nor my mother wanted to shower in there. There were bugs and dirt all over the floor. I would have complained, however according to the reviews nothing was done for other people. I will say it was quiet at night.

The unit itself was extremely basic, not in the best repair, but the price was right, all we needed was a room for the night. We came a bit after midnight, The sign said they don't check anyone in after 11:00 PM but we managed to reach staff by phone and she very graciously allowed us in. The staff were all great. The room isn't much, but at that price and for only one night we were perfectly satisfied.

From the outside it property looks nice but once you go inside the rooms, they are crusty and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable, the walls were dirty, the bathtub needs to be replaced. Everything in the room seems old. The front desk person was very nice and made herself available since we had a late flight in. We werent expecting luxuary stay for the price but at least a clean room. It shouldnt be advertised as a studio hotel but instead as a motel.
