Locationis not worth what is being charged. Rooms are old and fallin apart. Sourrounded by homeless day and night

I was looking to stay for a few months. When I walked in lady was complaining laundry machines were not working. When i walked in to room all the cabinets were jacked up, frig teetered, toilet barely flushed( had to pour water in) stove burners didn't work.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not even 24/7 check in and won’t refund me because they weren’t open. This company is not gonna last much longer

"Reeked of smoke "

I’m not very picky when it comes to hotel rooms and I very much get “you get what you pay for” but this was pushing the limits. The room reeked of smoke, there was no garbage can and the top comforter was filthy. I’m grateful there was at least soap and towel.

The overall stay was ok only thing I didn't like was the heater did not work in the room and the stove did not work I did not notify front desk as I was only there for a night but I had planned on cooking some food

I have been in a few motels these last couple of months and this is by far the most secure I feel in a unit especially being that I'm traveling alone and this is going to be more temporary stay for now until I can get back on my feet so I appreciate everything that they've helped me with and that they've done for me it's not only appreciated I am greatly indebted to them.
