The facility needs some attention. The floor was dirty/sticky, the room had a strong cigarette smell, even though it was indicated as a non-smoking room, and the shower head was on a flexible pipe that just hung from the wall. (You have to hold it in your hand to shower). There's a sink, stovetop and a full refrigerator, but no dishwear or utensils. Not really suitable as a studio.

I wish I could share photos so that you can really visualize the place. The shower knob was broken, so I couldn’t turn on the water. There was no trash bin in the room or bathroom. There was no blanket or comforter, just a thin, white sheet. The mattress was about 2.5”-3” thick and the metal bed frame was very unsturdy.

They canceled my reservation because they overbooked. Didnt bother to call or email me, found out when i went to check in. Its been 2 days still havent gotten a refund. Dont waste your time or money.

Bed was gross and yellow

Moldy and cigarette smell badly. Bad AC. Drug dealing outside. Illegally charged my card after we left. Should be condemned

There was trash everywhere not clean at all

This experience was awful. I was in PHX for an family event. I booked the hotel from my location that said it was 4 miles away... ended up being 12 miles away. Then got to the hotel about 10:30 to check in (mind you I had a confirmation email and number and 11 was the latest you could check in) to have the clerk tell me they were booked and i could not check in!! Never got a cancelation email or call. I drove 20 min out of the way to go to this hotel to be turned away. At this point it was 11 in the evening. I could not find a hotel to stay in since the check in time was already so late. I ended up canceling the rest of our trip to turn around and go back home a THREE hour drive with my two young children. Got home at two in the morning. I have never experience such unprofessionalism. No sorry for the miscommunication NOTHING beyond upsetting.

The pictures are deceiving. The property is rundown and the cabinets are broken. The walls are dirty. Highly recommend not staying here. We would have cancelled but there is a sign that says no refunds without management approval. Our room did not have bugs but our friend’s room did. I would suggest choosing a different hotel. We will not be returning.

Not clean, walls, shower curtain were stained, looked as if the bathroom door had been patched, paint splatters on floor, floor was dirty and coming up in places, no blanket provided only a sheet on the bed. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. No trash can in the room. The bathroom faucet needed to be propped up in order for the water to come out of the shower head. It looked like people were living in their cars in the parking lot. No one at the front desk at check in.

The room was run down frig broken curtains had holes bed old box spring type outside dirty has been up kept in tears homeless destroyed outside sanitation huge problem rooms run down nasty actual got another room elsewhere unless your homeless and like dirty don’t stay there online photos lying to you
