"There was no Hotel Staff in the Reception Office "

When I arrived there were different groups of people with different problems waiting outside for anyone to OPEN the main Lobby there was no one inside and it was CLOSED. This caused me to return to my apt, others missed their fleights. I never was able to CHECK-IN and the local police came to check if there was any foul play. I guess an employee called off.

This is definitely a no frill place. No blankets, curtains with bandaids over holes, disintegrating cabinets and holes in the walls. Wasn’t worth my $65.

"Very Dilapidated Property"

This property needs a refurbishment badly. Your first impression is a lack of interest in customer service front desk attendant. The follow up is the visual appearance from the outside once you’re on property the doors are dented as if being kicked in at one time or another. The inside is dilapidated, walls in need of hole repair and painting. Bathroom door had paint bubble holes, kitchen appliances are very dated and dirty overall. The bathroom need repair, rust and the tub looked horrible. To the point of not even wanting to use even with shower shoes on. The pictures on the site do not show the true state of this property. The bed if one can call it that was a thinly cushioned pad on top of a metal spring frame, think of a pull out couch mattress without the couch.

Dingy room - clean, but wall marks and smudges. No amenities whatsoever - no coffeemaker, not even a wastebasket. Shower and bed were good though.

The worst experience I’ve had. I was looking for a long stay on a decent and safe place but this is way the opposite. The person who attended me when I checked in is so unprofessional, ignoring most of my questions. I originally had booked three nights but ended up canceling two for the same reason above described - the condition of such studio - I got charged $100 for incidentals and was told that I was going to get them back. However, my stay was in October 29th and I still have not received my money back. I have called three times but all I have gotten is to call later and try to speak with the manager but no one has told me what time this person is in the office. It is obvious that they don’t care about the customer service at all. I’ll keep trying calling until I get my money back but I don’t think I will be back to such place. It’ll be great if after this survey, the manager call me and help me get my money back.

First off, we had to check in late because they only had one housekeeper cleaning all the rooms. Second, rooms are used for long term stays so the rooms lacked blankets and towels! So I had to buy a blanket and I couldn’t get CLEAN TOWELS for our second day. My friends rooms was greasy and had roaches. And I still haven’t gotten my deposit back which btw…the audacity.

i reserved a room with 2 beds since October. we get there on 10/6 and no room avail w/2 beds as requested, was told it wld be avail next day. i was given a room with one bed, only 2 pillows, only 1 bath towel, non working refrigerator and non working remote to TV. it was the awful. complained to front desk, was given another dirty room with 1 bed, non working remote, no comforter on bed(only a sheet), one bath towel. next morning was told no rooms avail with 2 beds!!!! cancelled the rest of the reservation(2 nites) and was given a credit for $100 check in deposit. this was definitely the worst hotel i have stayed at and will NEVER stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!
