Airplanes flew overhead, no reasonable way to walk anywhere, and right next to busy street.

Convenience of location and value. Front desk was very quick to provide a small fix the next morning!

We've stayed at this location for the past 4yrs when we've come to the area for an event and have generally been satisfied. Check in was easy and the gentleman checking us in was pleasant. Upon entering the room it smelled heavily of smoke, we turned off the thermostat and opened the window. We didn't say anything to the front desk because a)we were tired and needed to be somewhere for an event and b)we didn't want to be separated from our other travel party across the hall. We also had no toilet paper, or hand soap in our room but thankfully our family across the hall had extra so we just used that. The "blanket" on the bed is honestly, now, just a glorified second sheet and has no blanket weight or warmth to it.. especially with an open window beside the bed. The shower curtain barely fits in the bathtub and if you're not careful will soak the bathroom floor. No hangers in the closet area and 3 very soft, marshmallow type, pillows on a queen bed for 2 people is hard to manage. Thank you to Manuel at the front desk for providing a small fix to the smoke problem upon checkout when I mentioned it.

Well, it was clean; the room was large, with a kitchenette (which we really didn't use, except the fridge).

It was clearly stated that breakfast was included in the price. There was no breakfast, only coffee (and it was vile) and hot water (for tea and hot chocolate). That was it. There was supposed to be a coffeemaker in the room; that, at least, was provided when I asked about it. The breakfast was part of the reason I chose this hotel; i'd have done better elsewhere. The wifi seldom worked; it was very spotty.

The room needs a total gut job. Everyone was old looking with stains on the walls, cabinets and countertop. The hallway had garbage bags. The front desk informed me that they couldn’t offer the grab and go breakfast since they didn’t have the supplies.
