Extended Stay America Suites - Hanover - Parsippany

Met my expectations, good location

breakfast was listed as available, but only coffee was available

Disgustingly dirty. They keep garbage in locked room next to guest room. Large bug in new room. Had to pay additional $20.

I absolutely did not like anything. The 3rd room was put in was dirty. 2nd room shown had dogs barking across hallway. 1st room had kids loud across hallway and ac didn't work

Pretty much everything. People smoking in front of all doors. Sign said 25 feet away. Breakfast was coffee and grain bar could've had fruit or juice or something

That picture on the left is not at all what the room looked like. The whole hotel had a funky smell and just looks so unkempt.

The room could have been more clean. Staff was great!

The room wasn't ready, I asked twice for linen for the sofa bed. I finally had to go to the desk and ask for it myself. Then it took forever to get

Lack of usable wi-fi is a dealbreaker. Screens need to be replaced, multiple dead bees in room, as well as cockroaches. Smoky smell in the suite suggests bad ventilation and people smoking in other ares of the building. Common areas, especially hallways and stairwell, smelled rancid. On landing path for adjacent airport, so small planes fly over at low altitude. Kitchens poorly stocked with needed items. We were so eager to leave this place.
