Extended Stay America Suites - Hanover - Parsippany

Someone left a present in the toilet before my arrival which was never flushed. Dirt and grime everywhere. Smell was bad but tolerable. Bed was basically a cot on a metal skeleton.

Never place and very convenience, friendly and respectful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable; ,hallway’s carpet has a small and a lots of stains, needs a deep cleaning . Lovely place.

Garage in Hallway smells

We needed a place for the night since our hot water heater broke. We requested a non-smoking room. The room we were in had cigarette burns on the counter tops and smelled like smoke. And the trash had not been emptied from the people who stayed there before us. The carpets (in the hall and in the room) were dirty and in need of vacuuming. The check-in staff was friendly, but there are other options for places to stay.

2 roaches in my room that I had to kill. Got moved to a next room and the tv was broke.

The kitchen area in the room was dirty. Stove top barely got hot the freezer worked but the fridge didn’t so all the food I cooked I had to throw out. Not to mention I had to go home and get my own pots and pans because they had none available. The whole purpose of renting the room was to have a night away and have a home cooked meal. Very disappointed I’ve rented with extended stay numerous times but this was very disappointing.

Großes Zimmer, großes Bett, Abfluss ist leider nicht gut abgelaufen, Frühstück ist das schlechteste was wir in 2 Wochen hatten, gab nur Kaffee, kein OSaft für Kids, nur Muffins, sollte man beim buchen aufpassen, andere Motels bieten mehr, dafür gab es im Zimmer eine Küche, braucht man aber bei einer Übernachtung nicht

Frühstück, ist kein Frühstück aus meiner Sicht, da bieten andere mehr auch wenn diese Continental Frühstück anbieten gibt es viel mehr
