Customer service was good The hallway to the room smells There where bugs in my room (crickets).I need to cook, but there where no utensils available.

Don't know if the room had previous water damage, but the floor was not level/ even in the kitchenette area or bathroom

Great location and friendly staff

The facilities definitely needs a lot of up grades. The tub paint is peeling and had a crack. The tub was not clean, it had a ring around the tub and hair. The bathroom sink had stains. The stove was so worn and not clean and the vent was missing the vent cover. Arcadia is a nice area and it's disappointing to see a hotel in such bad condition.

It smelled like wet dog. The hallways was hot and musty. The rooms could have been better. Customer service was horrible. Try calling be towels and fit rooms to get cleaned even that was a no. They told us we had to bring our towels down for them to wash and once they where clean we would get them back and house keeping is every 2 weeks. Our rooms had wholes on the head board. The bathroom tubs had chipped paint all over the bottom

The room smelled terrible and was dirty.

Great location! Close to a lot of things; stores, food, gas station.

No pool was probably the only bummer.
